Leading SITs through Cycles of Continuous Improvement PL Series

Dear Administrator,

Of the several functions of a School Improvement Team (SIT), perhaps none is more critical than using data to create a robust School Improvement Plan (SIP). With the shift in responsibilities and roles outline in the Education Accountability Act, SITs will be taking a more prominent role in the creation and monitoring of SIPs. This series will help Principals facilitate SIT meetings through examining school-level data to identify needs and root-causes, set building-level goals that effectively drive improvement, select aligned strategies and track the quality of implementation. The series will take place in a variety of modalities over the next several months. At the close of the series, Principals will have the tools and support to have a completed SIP that meets the requirements outlined in the legislation.

November 17, 2021  Virtual   3:00pm-4:00pm
