Managing School Accounts Workshop!
Tuesday, December 6th from 4:30pm - 6:30pm
New England Tech, East Greenwich Campus
Main topics are related to managing all types of internal school accounts, to preserve the integrity of such accounts while also exempting oneself from potential liability resulting from inadvertent mismanagement. Business Managers from several school districts will hold a panel discussion focused on management protocols. Accounts of concern include;
*Principal's funds that are managed as internal school monies
*Booster Club Funds
*Gridiron Club Funds
*Go Fund Me and Crowdfunding Accounts
*Various other internal school accounts under the direct management of that school's administration, including athletic directors.
Be there - to be sure that you are following the proper procedures while protecting yourself. Encourage your Assistant Principals and Athletic Directors to attend as well.
RIASP Members:$40 per person $25 additional attendee from same school
Non-Members:$60 per person $30 additional attendee from same school
